U2 gave an incredible, first-of-its kind performance at last night’s 60th Annual GRAMMY Awards.

Backed by Lady Liberty herself, the band performed its Songs of Experience track “Get Out Of Your Own Way” atop a barge on the Hudson River.

According to reports, the Hudson performance was filmed by the twenty-two-time GRAMMY winners Friday night (1/26).

As for live performances, Bono and The Edge stood alongside rapper Kendrick Lamar and comedian Dave Chappelle for the award show’s opening performance. The U2 bandmates sang their parts on Lamar’s DAMN. track “XXX,” while Chappelle interjected, making a political statement.
