Yesterday, ex-Black Sabbath drummer Bill Ward announced the cancelation of his Day of Errors Tour dates scheduled for December, citing health concerns as the cause. Specifically, the musician was hospitalized over the weekend due to heart problems.

Ward’s heart problems may have been cause for cancelation, but he assured fans that he’s doing okay and in recovery. While the December dates have been canceled and won’t be rescheduled, all tickets will be refunded.

After a falling out with Black Sabbath, Ward founded his new band, Day of Errors, last year with Nick Diltz (All Hail the Yeti) on lead vocals/bass and Joe Amodea on guitar.
